Shipping and Return Delays During COVID-19

First and foremost, we hope you and your family is staying safe and healthy during this time. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and for the health and safety of our employees, we are following strict social distancing guidelines. We will do our best to fulfill your order and arrange pickup by our courier as quickly as we can.

For that reason, you may experience delays in shipping. Please expect your order to arrive later than normal.

Please note, we have 2 shipping methods:

  • By Private Courier - addresses in the GTA 
  • By Canada Post - addresses outside of the GTA and all Provinces. 
  • Both delivery services are experiencing delays due to higher than normal volume of packages as well as following safety guidelines due to COVID-19.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then only receive a shipping notification once your order has been picked up by our delivery partner.

For the GTA, your shipment notification will be from our courier partner directly referencing a delivery window.

For deliveries with Canada Post, a Canada Post tracking number will be sent to you directly.

Our delivery partners cannot guarantee delivery timelines right now, but we are doing our best to get packages to you ASAP. Additionally, once you have placed your order, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
