- One of our store associates will call you within 3 hours during store open hours to confirm your reservation and take payment over the phone.
- Head to the store and pick up your order!
*Reserving an item does not guarantee its availability.
*Reservations are made on a first come first serve basis.
*If we cannot reach you by phone or email to confirm your purchase to process payment,the items will no longer be reserved for you.
HOW TO RESERVE
To reserve an item, you can view our stock availability for each location on our product page.
The store location is defaulted to the store nearest you. To see stock availability at other locations, click on the store to view more locations.
Select the store of your choice, close the location window and click on "Reserve In Store" button.
Complete the form pop-up and a notification email will be sent to the designated store.
Alternatively, you can choose to reserve in store when you checkout the items in your cart if you prefer to pick up in store.
What if the item I reserved is no longer available?
Need to return?
Due to the Ontario government mandated lockdown, we will not be able to accept exchanges or refunds until our stores re-open. We will accept returns or exchanges within 15 days from the date our stores re-open for in-person shopping.
