Order Confirmation

After placing your order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you to confirm your order has been received. All order confirmations will be processed during M Boutique's office hours (Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST). Any emails/orders received outside of these hours (or on Canadian Statutory Holidays) will be answered by 11 a.m. the next business day.

We do our best to fulfill every order we receive. In the event that the item is out of stock, our team will contact you directly by email. We will remove said item from your order and you will not be charged for that item.

Once an order has been prepared for shipment, it is not possible to cancel, edit billing or shipping details, combine orders or add additional products to an existing order.

Timing of Delivery

During the time of provincial restrictions due to COVID-19, processing and delivery times will be delayed. Order processing may take up to 4 business days and delivery timing cannot be guaranteed as there are delays with Purolator and our private courier due to overwhelming demand. We will continue to do our best to get orders to you in 7 days but it may take up to 2 weeks. Thank you for your patience with this.

At M Boutique we value our customers tremendously. We are committed to doing our very best to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition and on time, however M Boutique cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions etc. that may result in a delay of arrival for your order.

Shipping Rates

At this time M Boutique ships within Canada only.

Shipping within the GTA- Envoi Courier (consisting of the following locations Ajax, Brampton, Burlington, Concord, Hamilton, Markham, Milton, Mississauga, Oakville, Oshawa, Pickering, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Thornhill, Toronto, Vaughan, Whitby, & Woodbridge) and to London, ON, is a flat rate of $10.

Shipping throughout the remainder of Canada is $15 with Purolator. Shipping is free on all orders over $75 CDN (before applicable taxes).

Order Cancellations:

Order Cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order. Please email for any cancellation requests.

Once an order has been prepared for shipment, it is not possible to cancel, edit billing or shipping details, combine orders or add additional products to an existing order.

Online Return Policy

We accept online returns within 15 days from the day of delivery (the package must be received by M Boutique no later than 15 days from the date of delivery). 

Holiday Return Policy - Purchases made between Nov 16th to Dec 31st can be returned until Jan 15th, 2021.

We are not able to accept exchanges online.

Your item(s) must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging and with the original tags attached. Please note as well that all returns are subject to validation and approval by M Boutique and that M Boutique reserves the right to limit or refuse a return, if it does not meet the above conditions.

All shipping charges are non-refundable. A return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. If payment is made using our gift card, the amount will be refunded to the original gift card minus the $8 return fee.

At this time we are unable to process item exchanges.

If you are returning an item that comes with a free gift, the free gift must also be returned.

All items marked as FINAL SALE, as well as masks, cosmetics, makeup, skincare, perfume, bodysuits, intimate apparel and accessories are final sale and cannot be exchanged OR refunded.

How To Return Online Orders By Mail: 

  • Visit our Online Returns Portal at
  • Enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order.
  • Select the items you would like to return & choose the reasons for returning.
  • We will email you the shipping label once you have completed the return request. Please note that an $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once we've processed your return package. 
  • For all online returns processed on the returns portal, it will have to be shipped back to us via Canada Post.  

How To Return Online Orders In-Store:

  • Please bring the items you wish to return to the store, click here for our current store locations.
  • In order to make your return, please have your proof of purchase with the online order invoice or the order confirmation email available.
  • Your refund will be processed and will go back to your original method of payment (minus your non-refundable shipping fee if applicable). Once complete, you will receive a refund confirmation email. It can take up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your card.
  • Please note, we cannot make any adjustments to your online order at a store location.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Please note that while lost orders are one of our top priorities, package claims often take several weeks or more to complete.

When the selected shipper provides proof of delivery, M Boutique is not responsible to replace stolen or missing packages.
