Order Confirmation

After placing your order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you to confirm your order has been received. All order confirmations will be processed during Mendocino Clothing Company Ltd.’s (Mendocino) office hours (Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST). Any emails/orders received outside of these hours (or on Canadian Statutory Holidays) will be answered by 11 a.m. the next business day.

We do our best to fulfill every order we receive. In the event that the item is out of stock, our team will contact you directly by email. We will remove said item from your order and you will not be charged for that item.

Once an order has been prepared for shipment, it is not possible to cancel, edit billing or shipping details, combine orders or add additional products to an existing order.

Timing of Delivery

Please note, currently, during the time of provincial restrictions due to COVID-19, processing and delivery times will be delayed. Order processing may take up to 4 business days and delivery timing cannot be guaranteed as there are delays with Canada Post and our private courier due to overwhelming demand. We will continue to do our best to get orders to you in 7 days but it may take up to 2 weeks. Thank you for your patience with this.

At Mendocino we value our customers tremendously. We are committed to doing our very best to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition and on time, however Mendocino cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions etc. that may result in a delay of arrival for your order.

Shipping Rates

At this time Mendocino ships within Canada only.

Shipping within the GTA (consisting of the following locations Ajax, Brampton, Burlington, Concord, Hamilton, Markham, Milton, Mississauga, Oakville, Oshawa, Pickering, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Thornhill, Toronto, Vaughan, Whitby, & Woodbridge) and to London, ON, is a flat rate of $10. Shipping throughout the remainder of Canada is $15. Shipping is free on all orders over $75 CDN (before applicable taxes).

 

Order Cancellations:

Order Cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order. Please email hello@shopmboutique.ca for any cancellation requests.

Online Return Policy

We accept online returns within 14 days from the date you received your online order. Returns are accepted within 14 days of ship date in Canada. 

Your item(s) must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging and with the original tags attached. Please note as well that all returns are subject to validation and approval by M Boutique and that M Boutique reserves the right to limit or refuse a return, if it does not meet the above conditions.

All shipping charges are non-refundable. A return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. If payment is made using our gift card, the amount will be refunded to the original gift card.

At this time we are unable to process item exchanges.

All items marked as FINAL SALE, as well as cosmetics, makeup, skincare, perfume, bodysuits, intimate apparel and accessories are final sale and cannot be exchanged OR refunded.

How To Return: 

  • Visit our Online Returns Portal at www.shopmboutique.ca/returns.
  • Enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order.
  • Select the items you would like to return & choose the reasons for returning.
  • We will email you the shipping label once you have completed the return request. Please note that an $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once we've processed your return package. 
  • For all online returns processed on the returns portal, it will have to be shipped back to us via Canada Post.  

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Please note that while lost orders are one of our top priorities, package claims often take several weeks or more to complete.
