Order Confirmation

After placing your order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you to confirm your order has been received. All order confirmations will be processed during M Boutique's business hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST). Any emails/orders received outside of these hours (or on Canadian Statutory Holidays) will be answered by 11 a.m. the next business day.

We do our best to fulfill every order we receive. In the event that the item is out of stock, our team will contact you directly by email. We will remove said item from your order and you will not be charged for that item.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the color or size of the item and it is not possible to remove or add products to an existing order.

Shipping and Delivery

M Boutique ships within Canada only.

Shipping is free on all orders over $75 CDN. (except in Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon, before applicable taxes)

Envoi Courier - Shipping within the GTA (consisting of the following locations Ajax, Brampton, Burlington, Concord, Hamilton, Markham, Milton, Mississauga, Oakville, Oshawa, Pickering, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Thornhill, Toronto, Vaughan, Whitby, & Woodbridge) and to London, ON, is a flat rate of $10.

Purolator - Shipping throughout the remainder of Canada is $15. For provinces Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon, a shipping fee of $120 will be charged on your order.

Delivery Times

Purolator

  • Shipments may be delayed 2-3 days from normal delivery times. Please allow up to 5 days for your order to arrive with Purolator. A tracking number will be provided in the shipping confirmation email. You will be able to track the package on Purolator's website

Envoi

  • Once you received your shipping confirmation email from us. Envoi will email you when your package is out for delivery. Envoi shipping will usually take 1-2 business days from the day your order is shipped.

During the time of provincial restrictions due to COVID-19, processing and delivery times will be delayed. Order processing may take up to 4 business days and delivery timing cannot be guaranteed as there are delays with Purolator and our private courier due to overwhelming demand. We will continue to do our best to get orders to you in 7 days. Please email hello@shopmboutique.ca if you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 7 days of your order. Thank you for your patience.

 

Order Cancellation

Order Cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order. Please email hello@shopmboutique.ca for any cancellation requests.

Once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel, edit billing or shipping details.

Online Return Policy

We accept online returns within 15 days from the day of delivery (the package must be received by M Boutique no later than 15 days from the date of delivery).

We are not able to accept exchanges online.

Your item(s) must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with the original tags attached. Bodysuits, lingerie, swim wear, intimates, jewelry, beauty products and perfume are not eligible for return.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Regular Price Merchandise

  • A full refund to the original method of payment is available on regular price items. A return shipping fee of $8.00 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • The return shipping fee of $8.00 will be waived if you choose Store Credit as your method of return. In this case, a refund will not be given.

Sale Merchandise

  • Sale items with a discounted price ending in .97 are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Sale items with the price ending in .00 are eligible to be returned for Store Credit only. An $8.00 return shipping fee applies and will be deducted from the refunded amount. No refunds will be given on any sale merchandise.

 Return as Store Credit

  • The Store Credit will be emailed to you in the form of an e-gift card. E Gift Cards have no expiration date.

Return Online Orders by Mail

  • Visit our Online Returns Portal at www.shopmboutique.ca/returns.
  • Enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order.
  • Select the items you would like to return & choose the reasons for returning.
  • We will email you the shipping label once you have completed the return request. Please note that an $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once we've processed your return package.
  • For all online returns processed on the returns portal, it will have to be shipped back to us via Canada Post.  

Return Online Orders In Store

Due to the province-wide lockdown effective Thursday April 8th at 12am, our stores will be closed for in-person shopping. Returns in-store is not possible at this time. Please return your online order by mail using our Returns Portal.

In-Store Purchases

Due to the province-wide lockdown effective Thursday April 8th at 12am, our stores will be closed for in-person shopping. You may return your in-store purchases within the first two weeks of re-opening.

Return Policy

We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund within 15 days of purchase on regular price merchandise, with original sales receipt. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with tags attached.

Sale items with the price ending in .00 are eligible to be returned for Store Credit only. No refunds will be given on any sale merchandise.

Sale items with a discounted price ending in 0.97 are FINAL SALE.

Please note we do not offer price adjustments.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please note that while lost orders are one of our top priorities, package claims often take several weeks or more to complete.

When the selected shipper provides proof of delivery, M Boutique is not responsible to replace stolen or missing packages.
