Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that it has been received.

All orders will be processed during M Boutique's business hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST). Any emails/orders received outside of these hours (or on Canadian Statutory Holidays) will be answered by 11 a.m. the next business day.

We do our best to fulfill every order we receive. In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, our team will contact you directly by email. We will remove the item from your order and you will not be charged for it.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the colour or size of any items in the order and it is not possible to remove or add products to an existing order.

Shipping and Delivery Times

M Boutique ships within Canada only.

Shipping is free on all orders over $75 CDN (before applicable taxes), with the exception of Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon. Please contact hello@shopmboutique.ca to place orders from these territories.

Shipping within the GTA (consisting of the following locations Ajax, Brampton, Burlington, Concord, Hamilton, Markham, Milton, Mississauga, Oakville, Oshawa, Pickering, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Thornhill, Toronto, Vaughan, Whitby, & Woodbridge) and to London, ON is a flat rate of $10.

Shipping throughout the remainder of Canada is $15 with Purolator. For Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon, a shipping fee of $120 will be charged on your order.

Delivery Times 

*Please allow longer delivery times for your order due to high volume of packages being processed by our courier partners.

Purolator

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for orders to be delivered once it is shipped from our Processing Centre. You will find a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email that can be tracked on the Purolator website and view your expected delivery date.

**Important Service Update - Deliveries to British Columbia**

Due to extreme weather conditions, inaccessible roads, and highways: shipment of orders to areas of British Columbia can expect long delays for deliveries.

Packages currently in the Purolator network consigned to the affected areas is encountering delays because of these limited transportation options.

GTA Delivery Times

Orders placed in the GTA (as noted above) will be sent via our courier service. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is shipped, and our Courier will contact you directly via email once your package is out for delivery.

Regular Delivery Times

We are glad to be able to offer fast shipping times in the GTA as follows:

Orders placed Monday-Friday will be delivered on the next business day.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered in 1-2 business days.

*Please note some exceptions may apply due to unforeseen circumstances. Our customer care team will let you know by email if there is a delay with processing your order.

BUY ONLINE PICKUP IN STORE

In Store Pickup

We are now offering FREE in-store pickup at all store locations within the GTA. When you placed your order at checkout, please select In-store pickup and choose the store location you wish to pick up your order. Please note all online orders are shipped from our Distribution Centre and are not processed at stores. Shipping can take from 2 to 3 business days to arrive to the store. We will notify you by email when the order is ready for pickup.

**Please remember to bring your order confirmation email (mobile or a printed copy) with you and a valid photo ID to pick up your items.**

Order Cancellation

Order Cancellations can be made strictly within 1 hour of placing your order during M Boutique business hours (Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.). Please email hello@shopmboutique.ca for any cancellation requests.

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel or edit billing and shipping details.

Online Return Policy

We accept online returns within 15 days from the day of delivery (the package must be received by M Boutique no later than 15 days from the date of delivery).

We are not able to accept exchanges online.

Your item(s) must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with the original tags attached to be approved for return. All bodysuits, lingerie, swim wear, intimates, jewelry, sunglasses, hats, handbags, beauty products and perfume are not eligible for return.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Regular Price Merchandise

  • A full refund to the original method of payment is available on regular price items. A return shipping fee of $8.00 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • The return shipping fee of $8.00 will be waived if you choose Store Credit as your method of return. In this case, a refund will not be given.

Sale Merchandise

  • Sale items with a discounted price ending in .97 are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Items discounted 30% and more as well as Sale items with the price ending in .00 are eligible to be returned for Store Credit only. An $8.00 return shipping fee applies and will be deducted from the refunded amount. No refunds will be given on any sale merchandise.

 Return for Store Credit

  • Once your return is accepted, the Store Credit will be emailed to you in the form of an E-Gift Card. E-Gift Cards have no expiration date.

Holiday Gift Policy

We will be happy to accept the item(s) as a return until January 15, 2022 with original gift receipt. For all gift returns, we will issue a Store Credit in the amount of original purchase. Store Credit will be emailed to you in the form of an e-gift card. You may use the e-gift card online or in-store as you wish. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with tags attached. Items must not be washed, worn or damaged. Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN:

1) Simply visit your closest store and we will be happy to assist you. Sorry, no in-store returns on Dec 26th-27th.

2) Mail it back to us: For assistance in setting up your return shipment, please email hello@shopmboutique.ca with the order number and item you like to return. A return label will be emailed to you and a return shipping fee of $8 will be applied to your return.

Return Online Orders by Mail

Please follow the steps below for all returns by mail.

  1. Visit our Online Returns Portal at www.shopmboutique.ca/returns.
  2. Enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order.
  3. Select the items you would like to return & choose the reasons for returning.
  4. We will email you a shipping label once you have completed your return request. Please note that an $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once we've processed your returned package.

    Please note: All online returns processed on the returns portal, will have to be shipped to M Boutique via Canada Post.  

Return Online Orders In Store

You may return your online order at our store locations within 15 days from the day of delivery. We will process your return according to our Online Return Policy. All merchandise must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with the original tags attached to be approved for return . Please have your proof of purchase with the online order invoice or the order confirmation email available.

Sorry, no in-store returns on December 26th-27th.

In-Store Purchases

All of our store locations are now open for in-person shopping. (Click Here for Store Details). Square One and Vaughan Mills re-opened June 30th, 2021. Oakville re-opened June 11th, 2021. You may return your in-store purchases prior to the lockdown within the first two weeks of re-opening.

Return Policy

We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund on regular priced merchandise within 15 days of purchase with original sales receipt.

Your item(s) must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with the original tags attached to be approved for return. All bodysuits, lingerie, swim wear, intimates, jewelry, sunglasses, hats, handbags, beauty products and perfume are not eligible for return.

Sale items with a price ending in 0.97 are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Sale items with a price ending in .00 are eligible to be returned for Store Credit only. No refunds will be given on any sale merchandise.

Please note we do not offer price adjustments.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please note that while locating lost orders are one of our top priorities, package claims often take several weeks or more to complete.

If the selected shipper is able to provide proof of delivery, M Boutique is not responsible to replace stolen or missing packages.
